| Prof. Sambor Grucza, University of Warsaw, Poland |
 Prof. Grucza is graduated in German Philology (Saarland University) and Applied Linguistics (University of Warsaw). He completed his doctorate in 1994. His research interests are metalinguistics, theory of language and communication for specific purposes, glottodidactics, translatorics and eye tracking research. He is the Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Human Resources at the University of Warsaw (2020-2024). In years 2008–2012 and 2016–2020, he held the position of dean of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. Previously, he was a vice-dean of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics and head of the Institute of Specialised and Intercultural Communication. He is also Elector at the University of Warsaw (since 2008). Prof. Grucza is President of the Polish Association of Applied Linguistics, Vice-President of the Polnischer Germanisten Verband, and executive board member of the Internationale Vereinigung für Germanistik – IVG. He is a member of Polish Linguistics Society, and Modern Language Association of Poland. |

Nominated in 2000 hostujíci professor at the Charles University Prague. Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of Bologna, Membre titulaire de l’Académie internationale de droit comparé, Fellow of the European Law Institute, in 2008 Fernand Braudel Fellow at the European University Institute, Fiesole/Florence, former Visiting Professor at Universities in Europe (Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Strasbourg, Toulouse, Rome La Sapienza, Bologna, and other) and in Latin America. |

Professor of biolaw at the University of Perugia, Department of Medicine; Jean Monnet chair-holder; academic coordinator of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence „Rights and Science” for the period 2015-2018; expert evaluator for the European Commission; ethics advisor in EU funded projects. He is visiting professor at European and Latin America Universities, and among them: Universidad de Buenos Aires; Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa; Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo (Brazil); Escuela Libre de Derecho; Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus of Mexico City; Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). He is lecturer at International Organisations and at Training Schools for Diplomats, Judges, Public Officers, such as Academia Diplomatica y Consular Falcón (Paraguay); SICA (Sistema de Integración Centroamericana); Mercosur (Mercado Común del Sur); Poder Judicial of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (Argentina); Scuola Nazionale dell’Amministrazione (Italy). He is author of more than 130 papers and books focused on biolaw; information law; law of research and innovation; integration law, civil law (i.e. contracts, family law). |
| Prof. Dieter Alfred Stein, University Düsseldorf, Germany |
Emeritus professor of English Language and Linguistics at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf (Germany). Dieter Stein obtained degrees (Staatsexamen, equivalent to MAs) in Geography and English at Saarbrücken University (1972) and a Doctorate in English Linguistics at Saarbrücken (1975). After being part of a Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft Sonderforschungsbereich (Federal Research Agency funded project) on electronic language research and computational linguistics, he taught Applied Linguistics and Translation/Interpretation at Heidelberg University (until 1982). After his Habilitation at Aachen (1982) in English Linguistics and Translation Science he was appointed full professor for English Linguistics at Justus-Liebig-University Gießen and transferred to Heinrich-Heine-University Duesseldorf in 1990, rejecting offers of chairs from other German universities. He has served in most administrative capacities, including dean, senate president and several terms as chairman. He has also taught at various universities in the United States, Canada, Spain, Italy and China, and was invited scholar at UCLA, Berkeley, UBC Vancouver and Stanford, and lately taught “Language in the Law” and “Forensic Linguistics” at UCLA Law School and at the Linguistic Institute of Linguistic Society of America at the University of Davis, California. His current practical forensic work includes authorship identification and veracity evaluation of linguistic evidence. Current main research (and teaching) areas: language in the law, the linguistic basis of forensic linguistics, computer-mediated communication and language development. |
| Prof. Arild Tjeldvoll, University of Oslo, Norway |
 Arild Tjeldvoll is retired professor from the University of Oslo, the Faculties of Social Science and Education. His research includes international education policies and curriculum philosophies in general, and higher education and leadership in particular. He had affiliated positions and longer research stays at universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Lithuania, Zimbabwe, South Africa, China, Finland, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Prof. Tjeldvoll initiated several international research networks. His practice includes teaching in special needs education, lower secondary school, upper secondary school and university. He was headmaster of a lower secondary school, a private upper secondary school and head of the Department of Educational Research, University of Oslo. In retirement, he works with colleagues at universities in Pakistan and Vietnam. |
